![]() ![]() Doing it this way, I was able to open and use the app again and keep all the data that was saved on the app, without loosing it. To fix the problem, I had to “offload” the app (NOT “delete” the app) in settings (go to ‘general’, ‘iPad storage’, and select ‘JW Library’, ‘offload app’), then re-download the app, which then updated it to latest version(11.6). But when I went to the App Store, it recognised that 11.6 had been downloaded which is why I I was only able to “open” the app and not update it again. ![]() So when I tried to open the app, the old version(11.5) was no longer available and hence the message mentioned above. For some reason, after downloading the updated app(11.6) from the App Store, I seemed to have the old version(11.5) still on my iPad. So I’m no longer able to use/open the app. When I open it from the App Store, I get the same message as above and cannot open the app. In the App Store, all I can do is open the app. To use it, you must buy it from the App Store.” When I open the app, I get the message “This app is no longer shared with you. I’ve just updated to the latest version(11.6). App crashes when trying to open after updating app to 11.6 ![]()
